In tough times we can find it difficult to maintain calm in our own minds.  Things can seem insurmountable and we find it difficult to cope.  CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) is a recognised collaborative methodology of helping to relieve anxiety, fears, low mood and stress.  

 

This can be done in a number of sessions over the phone or on-line via Zoom.
