Post Natal Classes are designed for new mums. You can bring your baby so no need for childcare, you can feed your baby, change your baby as required. The classes are run by Clare Ward who is a qualified Pregnancy and Post Natal Pilates Instructor. These classes will focus on regaining strength and stability to help to keep you in good shape while you carry your baby.
The classes are held on Fridays at 12 noon in a lovely studio that takes a maximum of 6 people. This allows for very close attention to ensure that the exercises are performed correctly.
Classes are £10 each but because the studio is very small, to secure your place, we ask you to book for the block of classes which is usually no more than 8 at a time.
